COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Battery Power Supply KL4030 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baumuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bbc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumuller such as the DSCG100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 609901T00660990 manufactured by Bbc and we are pleased to be able to service most Bbc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EUS2115 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beijer Brand 04420A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumuller such as BUS61203054M12VCAC1069151400000000 equipment made by Baumuller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumuller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumuller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H25DSS8ABC28V made by Bei as well as the popular 010028084 original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BUS2080 by Baumuller and BUS61203054M12VCAC1069151400000000 spares by Baumuller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BPSC20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bbi. |
